How do I sign up for a membership?
You can join online through our membership portal or visit us in person. Our team will help you pick the right plan and get you set up.
Are there no-contract memberships?
Yes. Our Monthly plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. First Year and One-Year plans offer the best value.
What equipment do you have?
Our gym is equipped with a full range of free weights, cable machines, cardio equipment, functional training zones, and private training rooms. Take a virtual tour to see for yourself.
Can I book a personal trainer without a membership?
Personal training is available to members. If you are not yet a member, contact us and we can set you up with a trial or consultation first.
Do you have group fitness classes?
Group classes are offered at Fittopia Studio, located nearby at 4940 No. 3 Rd. Fittopia Center focuses on individual training and open gym.
What are your physiotherapy services?
We offer registered physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation with Dr. Winston Yeung, DC, PhD. Services include manual therapy, pain management, injury recovery, and more. Book through Jane App.
