Filming Policy

Photos and videos of your own workouts are permitted within the facility.

Tripods and camera stands are allowed but must not obstruct walkways or interfere with other members' use of equipment.

Any filming that is deemed too disruptive to other members or staff may result in the filming privilege being suspended.

Live-streaming is prohibited on the gym floor, as is any filming in washrooms, change rooms, or private areas.

Management reserves the right to refuse photoshoots or filming sessions at any time without prior notice.

No light stands, light-boxes, or flash photography are permitted in the facility.

Cameras and tripods are prohibited Monday through Friday between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM (peak rush hour) to ensure the floor remains accessible for all members.

DSLR cameras are permitted for personal workout documentation. Please keep the floor area around your equipment clear at all times.

Any obstruction of the gym floor caused by DSLR setups will result in an immediate suspension of filming privileges for that session and may affect future access.

Photoshoots, elaborate setups, and flash photography are strictly prohibited under this policy. DSLR use is limited to workout documentation only.

Fittopia Center is available for exclusive facility rental for the following purposes:

• Private group workouts and events
• Corporate wellness events and special occasions
